Roth IRA

Roth IRA contributions are never deductible. The advantage of a Roth IRA is that money accumulated tax deferred, and if you follow the rules you will not have to pay tax later when you withdraw the money. Another advantage for the Roth IRA is that the account holder is not required to make required withdrawals after age 70 and one-half as is the case with a traditional IRA; in fact, one is never required to make withdrawals from a Roth IRA plan.
